This study aims to examine and determine the influence of Leadership and Incentives on Work Discipline at PT. Rajawali 1 unit PG. Krebet Baru. The population of this study are permanent employees at PT. Rajawali 1 unit PG. New Krebet. This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the calculation results of 73 samples. To solve the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results in this study partially show that Leadership and Incentives have an effect on Work Discipline. All independent variables simultaneously influence Work Discipline.
