The Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) is an organization of young Indonesian entrepreneurs who are united with the intent and purpose of encouraging, participating in developing an entrepreneurial spirit among the younger generation. The aims and objectives of this organization were formed to foster, advance and develop the younger generation of entrepreneurs to become entrepreneurs who are professional, strong and resilient in the business sector they are engaged in. In this study the researchers used the data collection method used was a questionnaire. This research was conducted from October 2022 to July 2023 with a population of hipmi members of the Islamic University of Malang. The sampling technique used in this research is census sampling. a. That there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of leadership, commitment and communication on the loyalty of members of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association at the Islamic University of Malang Higher Education. This is shown from the results of the F test. b. The leadership variable influences the loyalty of members of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association at Universities, the Islamic University of Malang. This is shown from the results of the t test. c. The commitment variable has no effect on the loyalty of members of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association at Universities, Islamic University of Malang. This is shown from the results of the t test. d. The communication variable influences the loyalty of members of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association at Universities, Islamic University of Malang. This is shown from the results of the t test.
