This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, motivation, leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of the board (Study on the Management of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, 2022 Period). The population used in this study is the Management of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business with a total of 68 people. , then the number of samples taken as a whole from the total population. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results of Work Stress, Motivation, Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of the board.
