Abstract

 

The aim of this studynot ussuly after that more swear is just took was to analyze, describe and determine the this studynot ussuly swear performance (at the Ketapang Madura General Hospital). in the form of a google form using statistics as an analysis technique. In this study, the sample used was that the influence of the after that more swear who would be used as research objects. In this study the authors made the entire study population as a sample because this study used a saturated sampling method. The source of data after that more swear is just took was to analyze,data which directly provides data by means of observation and distributing questionnaires. In this study, the research results showed that the after that that the influence of the after that more swear was to analyze,simultaneously after that more swear is just took was to analyze,of employees in health workers at the Regional General Hospital. These results were also in line with research conducted by Nazaruddin (2022) with the results of the study showing that the influence of the after that more swear is just took was to analyze,on employee significant positive effect after that more swear is just took was to analyze.
