This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Return On Assets (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices in coal mining sub-sector companies for the 2018-2021 period. This type of research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were 22 companies and samples that met the criteria (Purposive Sampling) in the sampling for this study amounted to 20 companies and observations were made for 4 years, starting from 2018-2021. The data collection technique in this study used a documentation study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS version 16.00 program. The results of this study prove that Return On Assets (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on stock prices in coal mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period.
