Abstract

 

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, excellent service, and product completeness on consumer satisfaction in the study at the D-ROZZ geprek food stall. The sample in this study amounted to 85 respondents who are consumers of D-Rozz geprek chicken. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data used in this study used primary data and secondary data. The method used is data analysis using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination with the statistical program IBM SPSS version 25. The results show that simultaneously each store atmosphere, excellent service, and product completeness both have an effect on consumer satisfaction, while partially the store atmosphere, excellent service, and product completeness variables have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the D-Rozz geprek chicken restaurant.
