The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of organizational culture, motivation, and transformational leadership on organizational commitment. The descriptive quantitative method was applied in this investigation. The participants in this study were members of the Indonesian Islamic Student Movement of Al-Farabi branch of UNISMA Commissariat's extra-campus organization in 2021. Furthermore, the sample was drawn using probability sampling. There are 125 members by this token, however only 55 members may be processed. According to the findings of this study, the factors of organizational culture, motivation, and transformational leadership all have a strong positive influence on organizational commitment, while partially only organizational culture has an inconsequential effect.
