This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of: Free Cash Flow, Investment Opportunity Set and Profitability on Dividend Policy. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique and 52 samples of data are obtained using 20 data from manufacturing companies in the consumption sector for the 2018-2020 period that meet the criteria. This type of research is a quantitative research with time series data. Sources of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 14.0 program. The results showed that each variable, namely Free Cash Flow, had an insignificant negative effect on Dividend Policy, Investment Opportunity Set had a positive and insignificant effect and Profitability had a significant positive effect on Dividend Policy..
