Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Variasi Menu Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Di Equal Cafe

Abstract

 

The study aims to determine the effect of servisce quality, menu variations and prices on customer satisfaction at Equal Cafe. The sample used in this study were 80 respondent. The data analysis method used is quantitative data analiysis. To salve the problem in this research,using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumpttion test, this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service, menu variations and prices simultaneosly and significantly affect customer satisfatiction, while for menu variations partially there is no significant effect on customer satisfaction and service quality and price have an effect and significans to customer satisfaction.
