Abstract

 

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the variables Resilience, Career Path and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at Bank Btpn Syariah Sidoarjo simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Btpn Syariah Sidoarjo. Samples were taken using the saturated method formula, in order to obtain 35 employees who qualify as samples. The type of data used is primary data. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The technique used to analyze multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a simultaneous influence between the variables of Resilience, Career Path and Employee Engagement on the employee performance of Bank Btpn Syariah Sidoarjo (2) Resilience Variables affect Bank Btpn Syariah Sidoarjo (3) Career Path Variables affect Bank Btpn Syariah sidoarjo (4) Employee Engagement Variable has an effect on Bank Btpn Syariah Sidoarjo.
