Abstract


Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance. Study at Kusuma Agrowisata Hotel Batu City,East Java. The sample used in this study was 65 employees. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed: (1) That simultaneously the variables of motivation, compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of Kusuma Agrowisata Hotel Batu City,East Java . (2) The motivation variable partially has no significant effect on the performance of the employees of Kusuma Agrowisata Hotel Batu City,East Java . (3) The compensation variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of  Kusuma Agrowisata Hotel Batu City,East Java. (4) The variable job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees  Kusuma Agrowisata Hotel Batu City,East Java.
