The purpose of this study was to describe and to analyze the effect of work discipline, the physical work environment and work motivation affect an employee's performance

This study is a research of explanatory research. Employment discipline research data, physical work environment and work motivation on employees performance from CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang city. The population in this research is all employees CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang city, 42 people. Data collection using questionnaire's. The analysis uses the instrument tests of those validating and religious tests, the normality tests, line-recalculating regresi analysis, the classic assumptions, hypothesis and coefficient determinations

Based on the results of this study it may conclude that (1) vartiabel work discipline, physical work environment and work motivation are simultaneously affecting employees' performance, (2) job discipline has a significant positive effect on employees' performance, (3) the physical work environment does not have a significant positive effect on an employee's performance and (4) job motivation does not have a significant positive effect on an employee's performance
