Abstract


Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, coaching, leadership development on organizational productivity (a case study on the management of BEM FEB Unisma 2021). The variables used in this study are. Productivity variable (dependent variable), while the independent variables are the quality of training, coaching, leadership development.

The results of this study partially conclude that the variables of Training, Coaching, Leadership Development have a significant effect on Organizational Productivity and simultaneously conclude that there is an influence between the variables of Training, Coaching, Leadership Development on Organizational Productivity.
