Abstract

 

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation, and work environment on the employees of 99 skipper Trans Abdul Rahman Saleh Malang. This study is a quantitative study using a data processing program using SPSS version 25. The sample in this study was 40 employees of Skipper 99 Trans Abdul Rahman Saleh Malang. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from agencies that support this research. In analyzing the data using instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study are the variables of motivation, compensation, and work environment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at skipper 99 tran abdul rahman Saleh Malang. Partially, the variables of motivation, compensation, and work environment have an effect on the performance of the employees of skipper 99 trans Abdul Rahman Saleh Malang.
