This research was conducted at CV Putra Nusantara Sejahtera Blitar. This type of research is descriptive and verification. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and motivation on employee performance. The independent variables used are communication and motivation, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample used in this study were 63 respondents who were employees of CV Nusantara Sejahtera. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis method used is the instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using computer software SPSS 16.0 data processing. The results of this study indicate that communication has an effect on employee performance and motivation has an effect on employee performance. Communication and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance.
