Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-confidence and communication skills on the public speaking ability of Management Department FEB 2017 students, Islamic University of Malang. The sample of this study was 85 respondents with a sampling technique using Snowball Sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire while the data processing uses multiple linear `regression analysis. The results of this study are Self-Confidence and Communication Skills have a significant effect on the Public Speaking Ability of Management Department Students, FEB Unisma Malang.
