Abstract

 

This study aims to determine the effect of: 1. Quality of Service on Customer Satisfaction. 2. Product Quality Towards Customer Satisfaction. 3. Price Against Customer Satisfaction. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique used, namely accidental sampling, which is a sampling method that is in accordance with the criteria in the study. Determination of this sample using the Malhotra formula and obtained data of 68 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers with the title "The Influence of Service Quality, Product Quality, and Price on Carrefour Supermarket Customer Satisfaction in Mojokerto City" it can be concluded that Service Quality, Product Quality and Price have a Simultaneous Effect on Customer Satisfaction
