This research is entitled Emotional Quotient, Intellectual Quotient and Spiritual Quotient on Employee Performance (Case study at PT. Geoservice Batulicin, South Kalimantan). The research method used is using quantitative methods, the population in this study amounted to 83 respondents at PT. Geoservice Batulicin, South Kalimantan. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population in this study are used as samples, therefore the sample used in this study amounted to 83 respondents.
The purpose of this study is to identify whether there is an influence of Emotional Quotient, Intellectual Quotient and Spiritual Quotient on Employee Performance. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously has an effect of 15, 560 on employee performance, while partially Emotional Quotient has an effect of 0,563 on employee performance, Intellectual Quotient performance, and Spiritual Quotient has an effect of 2, 808 on employee performance. .
So that it can be seen that the results of the interpretation in this study show that it simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then partially Emotional Quotient has no significant positive effect on Employee Performance, while Intellectual Quotient and Spiritual Quotient have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
