Abstract


Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe education, training, use of information technology, and employee performance at the Malang Regional Coordinating Board, as well as to analyze the benefits of education, training, use of information technology and its effect on employee performance. The type of research used in this study is causal associative, while the population in this study were all employees of the Malang Regional Coordinating Board, amounting to 41 employees. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, namely all employees of the Malang Regional Coordination Board. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that education, training and the use of information technology simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the performance of the Malang Regional Coordination Board's employees. Partially, the education variable and the use of technology have a significant positive effect on the performance of the Malang Regional Coordination Board's employees. Meanwhile, the training variable has a not significant effect on the performance of Malang Regional Coordinating Board employees.
