Pengaruh Workload, Leadership, Kompensasi Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan (PT Mulia Usaha Bersama Kec. Pakisaji Kab. Malang)

Abstract


Abstrack

There are several factors that influence the supervision of HR in a company. From this study to describe the factors that influence employee turnover intention such as workload, leadership, and compensation and the compensation received by the employee and conducting research using explanatory research methods sampling with questionnaires as primary data with a population of 131 respondents.

The results of this study are 1) Workload has a significant positive effect on the desire to change jobs (Turnover Intention), 2) Leadership has an insignificant positive effect on the desire to change jobs (Turnover Intention), 3) Compensation has a significant positive effect on the desire to change jobs (Turnover Intention). With the following suggestions, 1) for further researchers in terms of variables, the research questions of respondents and the population are still lacking in depth and should be developed with broader insights, 2) for companies it is better to make work standards with appropriate workloads so that employees have more rest time.
