This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of dividend policy and profitability on LQ45 stock prices for the period 2019-2020. This type of research is a quantitative research with time series data. Sources of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is the Purposive Sampling technique and 52 samples are obtained using data from 26 companies that are members of the LQ45 index group for the period 2019 and 2020, which meet the criteria. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26.0 program. The results showed that each variable, namely dividend policy and profitability, had a positive and significant effect on the stock price of LQ45.
