Abstract

 

This The purpose of this research is to examine Quality of Work Life towards Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The type of this research is Explanatory Research and Quantitative Approach, while the data is used primary data obtained by using a questionnaire by taking a sample of 81 (eighty one) nurse respondents.

This reasearch uses analytical tools such is linear regression and path analysis. The results of this study are (1) Quality of Work Life has positive and significant effects towards nurse performance (2) Quality of Work Life has positive and significant effects towards Job Satisfaction (3) Job Satisfaction has positive and significant effects towards Nurse Performance (4) Job Satisfaction has positive and significant effect and able to mediate the relationship between Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Nurse Performance
