This study aims to determine the effect of Lecturer Service Quality, Academic Services, Education Facilities, and Institutional Brand Image on Student Satisfaction of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The sample used in this study was 100 active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang batch 2018. The data analysis method used in this study was quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.
Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variable quality of lecturer service, academic services, educational facilities and institutional brand image have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction and based on the results of the partial test (t test) the variable quality of lecturer service has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction, service variable Academic has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction, the educational facilities variable has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction, and the institutional brand image variable has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction.
