This study aims to analyze, describe and determine the effect of communication and work stress on employee performance at CV. Pact of Work. This type of research uses explanatory research using a quantitative approach and the data collection technique used in this research is questionnaire data and uses statistics as an analysis technique. In this study, the sample used was 88 employees who will be used as research respondents. Where the results of this study indicate that communication has a positive effect on employee performance, and work stress has a negative effect on employee performance
