Pengaruh Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Kota Malang

Research Objectives To determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and motivation on employee productivity at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Malang. The sample taken from this study used a saturated sample where the entire population was 35 people. The research method used in this research is descriptive statistical data analysis using validity, reliability, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, f-test t test and coefficient of determination. The results show that compensation, work discipline and motivation simultaneously has a significant effect on employee productivity. The compensation variable has a significant and positive effect on employee productivity. work discipline has no significant effect on employee productivity. motivation has no significant effect on employee productivity.
