Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of job satisfaction, motivation and compensation on employee performance at Pesenkopi Malang City. In a fairly short period of time, Pesenkopi has managed to become one of the coffee shops most interested in by all circles. The sample in this study were all employees of Malang City Pesenkopi, totaling 57 people. This data collection method uses the google form distribution method. This data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS tool. The results showed that simultaneously job satisfaction, motivation and compensation had a significant effect. Partially, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance.
