Abstract


Abstrack

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work supervision on the performance of study employees at PT. Etta Indotama Yogyakarta. The sample used in this study was 90 employees of the production department. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the variables of training and work supervision had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Etta Indotama Yogyakarta and based on the results of a partial test (t test) the training variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Etta Indotama Yogyakarta and the supervision variable. work has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Etta Indotama Yogyakarta.
