Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi Dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Perawat (Rumah Sakit Wava Husada Kepanjen Malang)

Abstract


AbstrackRealizing the importance of human resource management in achieving organizational goals, hospital leaders need to increase their attentuon to nurses in an effort to improve their work performance. The problem that can cause a decrease in the work performance of nurses is the level of delay in working hours. The problem of late working hours is also related to work discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment on the work performance of nurses at Wava Husada Hospital Kepanjen Malang. The samples used in this study were 60 nurses in the surgical installation, emergency department, hemodialysis installation, perinatology installation, inpatient installation A, inpatient installation C, inpatient installation D, inpatient installation E, inpatient installation F, inpatient installation inpatient G, inpatient installation H, inpatient installation I, outpatient installation, stroke installation, anesthesiology sub installation and intensive therapy sub installation. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using a quantitative research approach. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing and partial hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially compensation, motivation and organizational commitment variables had a positive and significant effect on the work performance of nurses at Wava Husada Hospital Kepanjen Malang.
