Abstract

 

This study aims to determine the effect of Self Efficacy, Tolerance For Risk, and Freedom in Working towards Interests Entrepreneurship in Management students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The sample used in this study were 84 active students from the 2018 class of management study program who had taken entrepreneurship courses. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that thevariable simultaneously Self Efficacy, Tolerance For Risk, and Freedom at Work have a positive and significant effect onInterest Entrepreneurship and based on the results of a partial test (t test) thevariable Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect onInterest Entrepreneurship, thevariable Tolerance For Risk has a positive and significant effect on Interest Entrepreneurship and the variable Freedom in Work has a positive and significant effect on Interest Entrepreneurship .
