Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance in the Cooperative Unit Desa Pakis Malang. The variables used are Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) Work Discipline (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). For data collection using a questionnaire and then tested with multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses quantitative techniques. The population in this study were all 36 employees of the Malang Pakis Village Unit Cooperative. The results of this study are leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance.
