Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact compensation, motivation and commitmen on employee perfomance KSPPS Darumafatihil Ulum East Java. The samples used in this study refer to Sugiyono’s Purposive sampling technique which is defined as a sampling technique with certain considerations. The results of this study simultaneously show that there is a significant influence between the variables of compensation, motivation and commitmen on employee perfomance KSPPS Darumafatihil Ulum. While the partial test results have a positive and significant effect between the compensation and motivation on variables employee perfomance KSPPS Darumafatihil Ulum. While for the commitemen variable it partially has a negative and insignificant effect on employee perfomance KSPPS Darumafatihil Ulum.
