The purposes of this research are: 1) To find out how the implementation of the profit sharing system for Mudharabah Hijrah deposits 2) To find out how the factors that influence the size of the profit sharing in the application of Mudharabah Hijrah savings products. 3) To determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the application of mudharabah hijrah savings products. By using a sample of employees at Pondok Modern Al-Rifa'ie 2 in the 2020-2021 period, the results of the study show that the application of profit sharing uses the revenue sharing method. Factors that affect the profit sharing are the average balance, profit or income, and indications for profit sharing. In this study, there are also supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of the profit-sharing system so that it is very influential in carrying out activities at the BMT
