Abstract

Culinary is activities related to cooking or cooking activities. Culinary can also be interpreted as processed products in the form of side dishes, snacks and drinks. Culinary is inseparable from cooking activities that are closely related to daily food consumption. This study aims to identify strategies at Lodho Chicken Restaurant by using SWOT analysis on the marketing mix that has been implemented. Based on the SWOT analysis of the IFAS EFAS approach, the strategy that is suitable for use at Lodho Chicken Restaurant in marketing is a growth strategy or what is called growth.
