There are so many negative impacts caused by Covid-19, not only in health area but also in other sectors, especially economy. This situation directly affects every company in various sector, including CV. Jembar Poultry Equipment which is also felt the impact of the pandemic. Several conflicts arise that cause decrease in employee performance. The study is also aims to find out how work loads, work environment and work stress can affect employee performance. The type of research conducted in this study is quantitative using a numerical scale and analyzed by a statistical procedures. Information collections are carried out through interview methods and the distribution of questionnaires to 34 employees from various divisions. The results of the study indicate that work loads, work environment and work stress simultaneously affect employee performance. It may be concluded that when there are changes in work load, work environment and work stress, the performance of employees will have a significant change.
