Pengaruh Arus Kas Operasi Dan Earning Per Share Terhadap Return Saham Pada Perusahaan Subsektor Properti Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Tahun 2016-2020

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of operating cash flow, and earnings per share on stock returns in property sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) ) for the period 2016-2020. The method of analysis that used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 54 companies that conducted an in property sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2020. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling technique, so that 24 companies were obtained that matched the sample selection criteria. The results of this study indicate (1) Operating cash flow and earnings per share have a significant effect on stock returns (2) Operating cash flow has a negative and not significant effect on stock returns (3) Earning per share has a positive and significant effect on stock returns.
