Abstract


Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe work motivation, work stress, work discipline, and employee performance and to determine the effect of work motivation, work stress, work discipline on employee performance simultaneously or partially. This study uses quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research. The population of this research employees UD Harles Mojokerto by using a saturated sample, as many as 76 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20 for windows. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance at UD. Harles Mojokerto. (2) There is no influence of work stress on employee performance at UD. Harles Mojokerto. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on UD Employee Performance. Harles Mojokerto.
