PT Inti Daya Guna Aneka Warna (PT INDANA) is a company that started its business from the ground up. The company started its business by building a cottage industry which started operating in 1981 which is located in the Batu area, East Java. The first products produced by this company were thinner B and afduner. In 1990 PT INDANA's own products varied from wall paint, synthetic paint, tile paint, varnish, thinner, base paint and other wood coating products. As the era of PT INDANA requires system development to develop human resources in it and its products, therefore researchers conduct research on the application of standard operating procedures that have not been implemented or do not exist at PT INDANA and tend to be ignored. Standard operating procedures are also one of the important systems to support employee productivity in it.This study is using a type of quantitavie research, the population that used as many as 67 people. The methode for analysig data for this researche is multiple linear regression (multiple regressions). The results of this study are The Effect of Application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Rewards on Employee Productivity at PT. Inti Daya Guna Aneka Warna (INDANA PAINT).
