Abstract


ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment and emotional intelligence on teacher job satisfaction at SMAN 1 Manggelewa District, Dompu. The research sample in this study amounted to 47 people who were teachers of SMAN 1 Manggelewa District. Dompu.

            The method used is descriptive data analysis by using the test of validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t hypothesis testing f.

            The result of this study indicate that partially each of the variables of organizational culture, work environment  and emotional intelligence both have a positive effect on job satisfaction, while simultaneously the variables of organizational culture, work environment and emotional intelligence also have a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction of SMAN 1 Manggelewa District. Dompu.
