The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and competency certification variables on teacher performance. The research method used is quantitative. The population and sample used in this study are teachers of State Vocational High School 11 Malang. This sampling technique is all teachers who have conducted certification totaling 30. While the method of data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study provide empirical evidence that the variables of certification, motivation, competence both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.Â
