This study aimed to see and analyze the influence of recruitment, work training, and organizational culture on the employees’ performance of PT Bank Pembangunan East Java, Tbk, Surabaya. The data collection and sampling was through census. As the total population was under 100 employees, they all should be taken as sample, which finally resulted in 89 respondents. In addition, this study applied a statistic analysis with a multiple linear regression.
Based on the multiple linear regression analysis method, it found that the score of recruitment reached 0.344, the training reached 0.416, and the organizational culture reached 0.327. These results showed that those three variables –recruitment, work training, and organizational culture- significantly influenced the employees’ performance of PT. Bank Pembangunan East Java Tbk Surabaya.
