Abstract
This research was conducted on the management of PAPIKAMA Malang City Canter. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of communication and organizational structure on the performance of PAPIKAMA management. The independent variable used is Communication an Organizational Structure, while the dependent variable is performance. The sample used in this study were 47 respondents who are administrators of PAPIKAMA Malang City canter consisting of several universities in Malang City, namely Brawijaya University, State University of Malang, State Islamic university of Malang, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The data collection technique used a Likert scale questionnaire. The analytical methods used are Instrument Test, Normality Test, Multiple linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Testing using SPSS computer software. The results of this study indicate that communication has a positive and significant effect while the organizational structure has a negative and significant effect on the PAPIKAMA organizational management.
