PENGARUH PENGUMUMAN MERGER, AKUISISI DAN RIGHT ISSUE TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Yang Listing Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2016)

Abstract

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in stock returns before and after the announcement of mergers, acquisitions and rights issues. population in this research is companies that listing in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. the sampling technique is by purposive sampling method, with normality test used is kolmogorov-smirnov test, and the analysis method using paired sample t-test and wilcoxon test using IBM SPSS Statistic version 20 program. from the results of this study found that mergers, acquisitions and rights issues show no difference to the stock return of the company before and after mergers, acquisitions and rights issues.
