Turnover is an important issue in the world of work, because job satisfaction is the right predictor to measure the level of employee turnover intention. Turnover Intention is a process from desire to decide to leave the company for several reasons. One of the factors that influence the occurrence of turnover intention is job burnout. Burnout is a state of extreme psychological stress so that individuals experience emotional exhaustion and low motivation to work. In addition to job burnout, there are other factors that affect employee turnover intention, namely job insecurity. Job insecurity is considered as an inability to maintain the expected continuity in threatened working conditions.The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence job burnout and job insecurity have on the plywood industry in Lumajang Regency on employee turnover intention. This research method uses a quantitative method that uses regression as a measure of how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable..
