This study aims to find out hui; 1).How is the effect of training and motivation on employee productivity , 2). How is the effect of training on employee work productivity and, 3). How does motivation affect the productivity of cloud employees ?

Based on the results of the study, it shows that training and motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee productivity on farms in Beji Village with an F value of 11,880 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Training has no significant effect on employee work productivity on farms in Beji Village with a significance value of 348> 0.05. Motivation significant effect on employees working at farms in Beji village with a significance value of 0.04 <0.05 .
