This education aims to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial effected of Work Life Balance and Job Stress on Employee Engagement at Skyrocket Supply. The type of research used in this research has quantitative research which is expressed in the shape of numbers and analyzed using statistical techniques. The population used in this study were all employees of Skyrocket Supply, totaling 60 people with data analysis techniques using the method multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results from research and discussions that have been carried out, it can be finished that work life balance and work stress have a simultaneous effect on employee engagement in skyrocket supply. work life balance partially positive and significant influence on employee engagement on skyrocket supply and work stress partially negative and significant effect on employee engagement
