PENGARUH DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO (DER), RETURN ON ASSET (ROA), RETURN ON EQUITY (ROE), DAN NET PROFIT MARGIN (NPM) TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and obtain empirical eviden on effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially to the company’s on stock price Food and Beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2016. Population of this research was all Food and Beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2016, sample of this research using purposive sampling method at 12 companies food and beverage. The technique of data analysis using mutiple linear regression analysis

The result by using T test concluded that partially DER has significant negative effect to stock price, and ROA have positive significant effet to stock price, NPM has negative effect not significant to stock price. For ROE not obtain results because it has been remove from the model because of a multicollinearity problem.
