Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reward, punishment, and job satisfaction on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono, Pasuruan, East Java. The samples used in this study were 90 nurses in the non-covid internal room, children's room, operating room, and pavilion room. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the variables of reward, punishment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan and based on the results of the partial test (t test) the reward variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan, punishment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan.
