Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

The purpose of this research is 1) to know the influence of job characteristics, organizational characteristics and individual characteristics of job satisfaction of the employees of the Wera Kabupaten Bima District Office. 2) knowing and analyzing job characteristics have a significant influence on the variable of job satisfaction of Wera Regency Head Office of Kabupaten Bima. 3) knowing and analyzing the characteristics of the organization has a significant influence on the variable of job satisfaction of the employees of the Wera Kabupaten Bima District Office. 4) Knowing and analyzing individual characteristics has a significant influence on the variable of job satisfaction of the employees of Wera Kabupaten Bima. 5) to know and analyze job characteristic variable, organizational characteristic and individual characteristic have simultant influence on job satisfaction of officer of Wera Kabupaten Bima. The sample used is the employees of the District Office of Wera Kabupaten Bima 80 respondents. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study showed the characteristics of the work have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of the employees of Wera Kabupaten Bima Sub-Office, the organizational characteristics have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of the employees of the Wera Kabupaten Bima, individual characteristics significantly influence the job satisfaction of the employees of Wera Kabupaten Bima, organization and individual characteristics affect simultaneously to job satisfaction of Wera Regency Head Office of Kabupaten Bima.
