DISKRIPSI KESESUAIAN KOMPETENSI, MOTIVASI DAN KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi Kasus Sekolah Menengah kejuruan Negeri 2 Sukorejo-Pasuruan)

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the suitability description of competence, motivation and performance of employees at state Vocational High School 2 Sukorejo Pasuruan.  Using a sample of employees in secondary Vocational Schools State 2 Sukorejo Pasuruan and research in July 2014, the results of the study in July 2016, research shows that overall employee agree to all the indicators of variables suitability of competence, motivation variable and variable employee performance though still No indicator value is low. Employee performance variables are variables that need to be considered for obtaining the average value of the lowest among other variables.
