ABSTRACT
This study aims to1). To describe the influence of motivation, commitment, work environment on the performance of employees at Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Hospital. 2). To find out and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance at Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Hospital. 3). To know and analyze the influence of commitment to the performance of employees at Dr.Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Hospital. 4). To find out and analyze the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees at Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Hospital.Method of collecting data used are questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that motivation, commitment and work environment simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance
